DMCA Policy – IPTV Canada

2) Submitting a Counter Notification

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to an error or misidentification.
  • Your full name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the courts in your region.

After receiving a valid counter notice, we may restore the removed content within 10–14 business days unless the copyright owner files a legal action seeking a court order to restrict the user.

3) Repeat Infringer Policy

In compliance with the DMCA and applicable law, IPTV Canada will terminate user accounts or subscriptions that repeatedly infringe on others’ intellectual property rights after due warning and review.
